We want you to love The Strapper's bra strap holder as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with The Strapper simply return it! A full refund will be issued once we receive the original invoice and product. Be sure to include a note so we know to exchange/return it.

If The Strapper breaks, no problem! Send it back and we
will replace it. (Only same color and size will be replaced)

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER and PAYPAL, Checks or Money Orders.

All payments must be cleared before any products are sent out.

The Strapper values your personal privacy. Your name, address, e-mail or any other personal information will NEVER be given out to 3rd Parties.

We use UPS Mail Innovations for Domestic and International orders. 
Most orders are shipped same day if received before 3 p.m. EST Monday through Friday.  Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.  Your order will be delivered by your local Post Office.  For expedited shipping, just call us and we will be happy to help you!
